Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
